Christopher Kane's Spring RTW 2013 collection was as interesting as always. Pretty feminine dresses in sugar coated, pastels and glittered embellishments were created in fabrics of, it seems, laser cut and weaved plastics and, literally, bolted together, with over sized plastic screws. Sweet and dark seemed to come together in from some kind of Frankenstein inspiration.
I love looking at the Christopher Kane collections, as it is only on closer inspection that you see the detail. He works unimaginable fabrics in a fashion garment and makes it work each and every time. It is always unexpected !
